Meditation

Discover the many benefits of meditation! In this on-line program, you will find it is easy and quick to learn the techniques even if you have never done meditation before. It’s a great way to give yourself a relaxing respite from day-today activity, and you’ll find a sense of calm by participating with us. During each session, participants engage in a short meditation for 10 to 20 minutes. Then we share what we have discovered about the benefits of meditation and describe different meditations that we have used. No pressure, just welcoming arms.
